1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Wamebo platform, operated by Cycode Technologies Pvt Ltd (registered in Hansi, Haryana), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and No-Refund Policy
2.1 Free Trial: We strongly encourage all users to request and utilize our 7-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to fully evaluate the software, Meta integrations, and platform capabilities.
2.2 Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
2.3 No Refunds: Because we offer a comprehensive free trial to evaluate the platform, all subscription payments and wallet top-ups are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription charge is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please utilize the trial period to ensure the platform meets your requirements.
3. Meta API Compliance
You agree to adhere strictly to the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. Any violation resulting in a ban from Meta is your sole responsibility. Wamebo is not liable for numbers blocked due to spam or policy violations.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cycode Technologies Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
