2. Service Description

The platform provides customer communication, CRM, automation, WhatsApp Business integrations, campaign management, billing, reporting, and related business tools using approved third-party services and APIs.

3. Free Trial, Billing and Payments

3.1 Free Trial: Eligible users may access a trial period to evaluate platform functionality before subscribing.

3.2 Subscription Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

3.3 Refund Policy: Subscription fees and wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable after successful processing unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

Users must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, and WhatsApp Commerce Policies. Users are solely responsible for content transmitted through their connected Meta assets.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Service to send spam, conduct fraud, impersonate others, distribute malware, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or circumvent Meta enforcement actions, account reviews, restrictions, or platform limitations.

6. Enforcement and Suspension

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta policies, applicable law, or create security, compliance, or reputational risks.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, obtaining required customer consents, complying with applicable regulations, and ensuring lawful use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Meta, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, and communication services. Availability of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer Regarding Meta Services

Cycode Technologies Pvt Ltd is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Access to Meta services remains subject to Meta's independent review and approval processes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycode Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately where continued access could violate applicable law, Meta policies, security requirements, or these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
